Modern Mooncake Making Workshop

A classic, reimagined. Mooncakes have been bringing families together for centuries — shared over tea, under the full moon, at the center of Mid-Autumn Festival. We're putting our own spin on tradition with a light, buttery shortbread crust and a decadent white lotus paste filling. Come make a batch of your own, and take a little bit of the celebration home with you. *The lotus paste contains peanut oil. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts!
