Evolutionary movement
The behavioral coaching training at TrænerAkademiet is a training that teaches you to understand the behavior of others – and your own. Gain an understanding of how culture, past experiences and thoughts influence our actions today. As a certified Behavioral Coach, you will learn to identify and address the underlying reasons why your client has not succeeded in their goals and dreams so far. What do you get? At TrænerAkademiet, our philosophy is that we want to help our students’ clients in the best possible way – we do this by giving you an in-depth understanding of behavior and habits. Knowledge you can use to help your clients in the best way possible. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of how thoughts, actions, behavior, habits, and physiology are interconnected, you will be able to understand the complexity of habit change. You will receive an education where you can have a positive impact on your clients’ lives without them feeling shame or guilt that they can’t “just get their act together.” You can be the person who helps create the change of course they need – and have dreamed of. With our Behavior Coach training, you will receive an education where you learn to apply the theory to yourself through conversations and coaching sessions with your fellow students. You learn to make the complex simple through our training. As a behavioral coach, you also gain an understanding of how physiological load contributes to symptoms such as anxiety, stress, irritable bowel syndrome, and chronic pain. You will receive training where you will be given in-depth – and simple – tools and exercises that will help develop your clients’ mindset. You will be given tools that will help build trust, increase motivation and improve your clients’ communication with you and their loved ones. By analyzing your clients’ behavior with carefully selected tools, you will be able to guide the client to a higher level of self-insight. Through this, changes can be made through simple actions that over time turn into habits. Who takes the training? The Behavior Coach training is for those who want to have a big positive impact on those around you – privately and professionally. The training is usually a mix of people who want to use it: at the workplace as a personal trainer or nutritionist to be able to offer coaching. In my own life What everyone has in common is that they have an interest in learning more about behavior, habits, and how the body’s physiology and physics affect our thoughts. Structure It is important to us that you receive an optimal training course – that is why we have created the following structure for you. You register and your registration is confirmed. 4 weeks before, you will be sent the preparatory compendium which we expect you to read before starting. Day 1-4 – 9:00-16:00 Physical attendance in Aarhus. Expect homework on some evenings, but we expect even more that you do not plan activities in the evening after classes. The evenings are often spent in reflection, where peace is needed. You will be introduced to different theories for categorizing behavior, thoughts and habits. In addition, you will also start practicing verbal communication. Reflection time Before the training continues, you will discover that there may be changes in your behavior with other people. The perspective can be changed and especially the level of understanding will be increased. In addition, you will also be given some tasks that are used on day 5 of the training. Days 5-8 – 9:00-16:00 Physical presence in Copenhagen. Like days 1-4, we recommend that you do not plan the big activity in the evening. 1:1 conversations take place to a greater extent, as your skills as a coach are now being honed with assistance. You will also receive tools to refine your observation skills around verbal communication. Non-verbal communication will also be part of the training. On days 7 and 8, all the complex will be gathered into simple strategies that you can take with you from the training.
