8 Nights of Demitasse — Hanukkah Tasting Set

Eight tubes. Eight nights. One for each candle. We don't do holiday blends. So this year we did something else: a set of eight glass tubes on a wooden stand, one to open each night of Hanukkah. Four of our coffees, four of the drinks we make behind the bar. You light a candle, you open a tube, you make something good. Night 1 starts bright with Ethiopia Idido. Night 8 ends on Colombia El Diviso, the rarest coffee we roast. In between: hojicha, our house hot chocolate, Milky Way, matcha, and chai. Each tube makes about a cup.
