Tennessee Hills Apple Brandy is a collaboration with Jeter Mountain Farms. 100% of the fruit comes from their orchard, picked at peak season, pressed fresh, and fermented dry before it ever touches copper. We run it slow, then let it rest 4 years in oak on The Hill. Four years does a lot to an apple. Baked apple and honey lead, caramel and vanilla fill in the middle, and a warm oak-spice finish hangs around long after the glass is empty. At 90 proof it drinks smooth with real backbone.
