*Estimated Shipping November 2026* Ok so we have a Vinyl Record Watch, what comes next? Cassette Tape of course! I tried to design within a limitation of the Cassese Tape design. This time, the idea I came up with was to use one of the gear teeth of the tape rotation system to be used as the hour indicator. And the minute is indicated by the black "tape" bits, but instead of showing exact minute, it can only roughly show you that it's closer to 0 or closer to 30 min: Yes my execution here is far from perfect. It is VERY difficult to see which hour it is as the red part is very difficult to see. (As for the minute function, I merely put the oval disks to imitate the look, which a very little legibility. So that part is at least intentional design) The "crowns" are made to look like the bottom of a hexagonal pencil. And as you may know a pencil was an important tool when the tape gets loose. Also you can see holes on the case from this angle, which can be used to hang this watch from your neck. Dial: Interestingly, that white background thing in-between the "tape-minute-disks" is what is usually considered as a watch dial. Hands: Unique hour disks, unique oval minute disks, and unique rotating 3D "spindle"! Case: A brand new Cassette Tape case!
