Circa 1840 Stamped, F.SELANE 20 PEMBROKE PLACE VAUXHALL BRIDGE ROAD PIMLICO This composite earthenware urn features lion masks and an acanthus leaf design to the body, terminating in a circular stepped base. The maker, Fred Selane was a stovemaker and craftsman based on the Vauxhall Bridge Road, active in the 1830/40s. Diameter of top 14” (36cm) Height 22” (56.5cm) £1,550
