Sizing Our sizes follow the European standard, the inner circumference of the band in millimetres - size 52 is a US 6. We measure at the showroom, or send us a photo on WhatsApp of a ring you already wear laid against a ruler, measuring the inner diameter, and we will size it for you. One free resize is included, up to two sizes up or down. Returns and warranty Exchange - within one year of purchase, towards a piece of higher value, at 70% of the original receipt value. One exchange per purchase. The ring must be unworn and undamaged, and the exchange allows for a gold price movement of up to 5%; beyond that the difference is payable. The customer covers two-way shipping. Returns - accepted for a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item; tell us within 3 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds for a change of mind. Resale - we buy qualifying Vucceli pieces back at 60% of their value, subject to authenticity, condition and the original documentation.
