Ghost in a Jar - Glowing Pendant

As Twilight arrives, costumed children dart around clutching small lanterns and sticky candied apples. A few stalls offer spiced cider, wine, and roasted pumpkin seeds. One stall is a bit larger and more elaborate than the rest. It’s a Goblin caravan, stopping at the Festival on the way to Market. The side of the wagon has been raised to display an assortment of curiosities. Among them: a ghost in a jar, glowing in the dimming light. You will receive a small glow-in-the-dark ghost charm, captive inside a glass jar. The jar measures about 2 inches tall, and comes on a 20-inch silver-tone stainless steel chain. Wear this glowing pendant on a sunny day, and the ghost charm will glow a pale green when you enter a dark room.
