The original silhouette had me in a chokehold, but the quality absolutely did not, so eventually I let it go. Years later, I finally rebuilt the version I wish I’d owned all along, using beautiful stretch fabrics and adding one of my forever-favorite details: a hood. A slinky stretch jersey base falls from a plunging V neckline into a long, flowing skirt. Sheer stretch mesh creates the dramatic flutter sleeves and matching hood. Romantic, a little mysterious, and ridiculously easy to wear, this one feels like giving an old friend the commemoration she deserves.
