KONA BAY PINEAPPLE
The original was the ”Duke Kahanamoku” shirt from the early 1950s. It is one of the most famous designs among aloha shirt collectors. It became famous when Montgomery Clift wore it in the 1953 film ”From Here to Eternity” the finest in fujiette rayon double-stitched seams with a french flat stitch two-pieced collars with invisible stitching mirrored colors and images of the originals made in Hawai’i, of course!
