CrushGrind Riv Grater

Equipment Product Notes - Crush Grind RIV Grater Description Section Product Title: CrushGrind Riv Grater Main Description: The Riv Grater combines the muscle of a box grater and the precision of a handheld rasp in one convenient, foldable design. Built with two adjacent stainless steel grating surfaces—one coarse and one fine—the Riv opens into an upright grater with a simple rotation of the handle. As it stands securely, thanks to the nonslip base, you can shred anything from potatoes and zucchini to cheddar and soft mozzarella. Unlike traditional box graters that trap food inside, the Riv’s open-back construction lets ingredients fall directly onto your work surface for hassle-free transferring. (No more fishing your hand inside to get stuck-on bits of cheese or ginger.) But what really sets this grater apart is its collapsible nature: The kickstand can fold back into the frame and lay flat, allowing you to grate Parmesan, garlic, citrus zest or turmeric directly over prep bowls, pots and plated dishes. Best of all, it won’t clutter your cabinets—the collapsed grater tucks neatly into a kitchen drawer. Net Weight: 11.3 ounces Materials: Stainless Steel, Silicone Dimensions: 9.8 inches x 4.3 inches Place of Origin: China Care: Hand-wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly to maintain blade sharpness. Use caution around the extra-sharp grating surfaces. Do not use in the dishwasher. How to use: Grip the grater firmly and rotate the handle forward to unlock the folding stand. To fold the grater flat for handheld use or storage, simply rotate the handle in the opposite direction.
