SaunaLife E8 6-Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna | Ergo Model E8

Description SaunaLife E8: 6 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna The SaunaLife E8 Outdoor Barrel Sauna is designed for homeowners who want a spacious, beautifully built outdoor sauna without compromising comfort, durability, or visual impact. With room for up to six bathers, a generous 6'5" interior height, and an extended barrel depth, the E8 creates an inviting setting for everyday sauna rituals, shared wellness, and memorable backyard gatherings. Part of SaunaLife’s ERGO-Series, the E8 is built around a larger-diameter barrel design that delivers more usable headroom, a more comfortable bench angle, and a more natural seated posture than smaller barrel saunas. Its combination of durable Thermo-Spruce, smooth Thermo-Aspen seating, tempered bronze glass, and thoughtful water-management details creates a sauna that is as practical as it is beautiful. Designed by sauna enthusiasts and precision-crafted in Northern Europe, the SaunaLife E8 provides an elevated outdoor sauna experience that is made to be enjoyed for years to come. Ergonomic Comfort for Up to Six Comfort should be central to every sauna session. The SaunaLife E8 uses a roomy 77.2" interior diameter and spacious 6'5" interior height to create a more open feeling inside the barrel. The larger diameter reduces the tight curve found in smaller barrel designs, allowing for more comfortable seating, easier entry and exit, and greater freedom to stand upright. Its contoured Thermo-Aspen benches are designed to support a relaxed posture, while the arched backrest provides welcome lumbar support during longer sessions. The E8 is especially well suited for families, couples who enjoy entertaining, or anyone who wants a more spacious outdoor sauna without moving into a full cabin-style structure. Built for Outdoor Longevity The E8 barrel is constructed from thick, full-length Thermo-Spruce staves, a heat-treated wood chosen for its dimensional stability, natural durability, and low-maintenance performance outdoors. The wood is chemical-free, eco-conscious, and designed to resist the effects of changing weather over time. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands compress the staves securely, while the included black shingle roof kit and roof drip-edge rail help manage rainwater and protect the structure. Dual floor drains provide another layer of practical performance—one below the heater area for water used during sauna bathing, and another near the entry to help manage tracked-in water. Lighting That Extends the Experience The SaunaLife E8 includes a dotless white LED lighting system designed to illuminate the sauna with a smooth, even glow. The low-voltage, IP67-rated system is suitable for heat and moisture exposure and can be operated through the Wi-Fi app or the included handheld remote. Two white LED light bars are included with the E8, allowing you to create a more inviting interior atmosphere from the moment you approach the sauna. The lighting system can also be expanded to accommodate up to four compatible white LED light sources, including the optional E SCONCE+ exterior lighting package. Designed for a Better Backyard Sauna From its warm golden Thermo-Spruce exterior to its knot-free Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests, every element of the E8 is selected to make outdoor sauna ownership feel more refined. The tempered bronze glass door adds privacy while allowing natural light into the cabin, and the included paraffin oil helps preserve the rich appearance of the interior wood. The SaunaLife E8 is engineered for a straightforward two-person installation and is designed to be assembled in approximately one day on a properly prepared, level foundation. Pair it with a compatible electric or wood-fired sauna heater, and create a wellness destination just steps from your home.
