Simpson Concealed ZMAX Joist Hangers for 2x6 and 2x8

Joist hangers with concealed flanges are meant to be used in situations where standard flange hangers cannot be mounted or are unsightly. The flanges on concealed hangers are inverted to the inside so that the flanges are not visible once the joist is installed, and the hanger can be flush with the edge of the ledger or beam. Hanger-to-header fastener holes are located behind the end of where the joist is installed, so these hangers must be installed before the joist is set in place.
