Napoleon Nexus 72 Patioflame Coffee Height Fire Table (GPFRCN72)

The Nexus 72 is the long one: a 72 in cast aluminum fire table, hand painted for an industrial, concrete look, with a 304 stainless steel burner putting out 53,000 BTU through a bed of lava rock. At 15.5 in high it is coffee-table height, and the aluminum body is light enough to move. Certified to ANSI Z21.97 / CSA 2.41 as an outdoor decorative gas appliance. Specifications Model GPFRCN72 Heat output 53,000 BTU Size 72 x 27 in Height 15.5 in Finish Hand-painted cast aluminum, concrete look Burner 304 stainless steel Ignition Electronic, AAA battery not included Media included Smoky black lava rock Fuel Liquid propane or natural gas, same price. Natural gas orders include conversion kit S85005 Propane Cylinder on the separate tank stand, at least 60 in away Shipping weight 153.2 lb Coffee height, and very long At 15.5 in it sits in front of a sectional rather than being gathered around with dining chairs, and at 72 in it can run the length of a large sofa or anchor a big seating group. If you want a table to pull chairs up to, the 25 in Hamptons or the 23 in St. Tropez are the ones. Propane goes on its own stand Unlike the Hamptons and St. Tropez, the Nexus has no cylinder compartment. The propane cylinder must sit at least 60 in from the appliance, which is why Napoleon ships it with a separate tank stand. Plan the hose route and the spot for the stand before delivery. Clearances 24 in to combustibles on every side, 72 in overhead, 9 in at the floor. The 72 in overhead rules out most covered patios and pergolas. Approved for wooden decks, patios and concrete. Vent free, no flue. Fuel Pick Liquid Propane or Natural Gas above, same price either way. The table leaves Napoleon set up for propane. On a natural gas order we include conversion kit S85005 at no extra cost, and it has to be fitted by a qualified gas technician. Propane inlet pressure runs 8 to 13 in w.c. What is included Table, 304 stainless steel burner, electronic igniter, smoky black lava rock, and the separate propane tank stand. Natural gas orders also include conversion kit S85005. Not included: the AAA battery for the igniter and the propane cylinder. Media, windscreen and cover The Nexus is specified for lava rock, not glass, so do not order a glass kit for it without checking with us first. Napoleon does not offer a windscreen for it, because rock traps heat against a glass panel instead of letting it wash through. Napoleon does make a fitted cover for this table (61862). Call 628-777-2254 and we will quote it. Warranty 3 year limited, per Napoleon. This is the outdoor line, so it does not carry the President's Limited Lifetime Warranty the indoor hearth products get. Salt and chlorine environments are excluded, which is worth knowing before you put one poolside or on the coast. Freight It ships LTL on a pallet with liftgate to curbside and a scheduled delivery appointment. Inspect it and note any damage on the delivery ticket before you sign, because concealed damage claims on a finished aluminum top are hard to win after the fact. Napoleon requires the cylinder at least 60 in from the Nexus, so it cannot live under the table. Can it run on natural gas? Yes. Choose Natural Gas above and we include conversion kit S85005 at no extra cost. A qualified gas technician fits it. Can I switch to glass? Not without checking with us. It is specified and certified with lava rock. Want the same low height in a narrower footprint? The Linear Gas Patioflame is 52 x 18 in. For table height, the Hamptons and St. Tropez.
