William Kralik Sohne (Bohemian, c. 1832-1940’s) ‘Draped’ Creta Inkwell, c. 1900 set in Pen Rest and Dish glass, patinated bronze, brass (inkwell) 2 3/4″ high x 2 3/8″ diameter (armature) 5 1/2″ long x 5″ wide x 3/4″ high Notes: An bohemian art nouveau ‘draped’ inkwell of spherical form with leaf lid made by William Kralik Sohne, c. 1900, set in a patinated bronze pen rest embossed as a lily pad with an image of a long-haired beareded river god wearing a wreath adn set in front of a radiant spray of cat-tails and lilies. Condition: Antique, Excellent.
