We’ve brought together three coffees from Colombia and Brazil to create a cup that moves seamlessly between sweetness, acidity, and depth, making it an easy coffee to enjoy as the seasons begin to change. The components come to us from Colombia Caldas, Colombia Guamo, and Brazil Pau. Each coffee brings something distinct to the blend, while working together to create a familiar and comforting profile. The Colombian coffees contribute a lively acidity and notes of ripe fruit, while the Brazil Pau adds a rich sweetness and chocolate-forward body. Together, they create a balanced cup with layers of sweetness, gentle fruit acidity, and a smooth, satisfying finish. Equinox is our celebration of the changing season.
