MPG-27 Masterpiece Twincast & Rewind

Twincast, revived and upgraded through the advanced technology of Planet Master, joins the MPG series alongside his trusted Cassettebot teammate, Rewind. Twincast transforms from a radio cassette recorder into robot mode, while Rewind converts from a cassette tape into a humanoid robot. The enlarged chest compartment that resulted from Twincast's upgrade from Broadcast has been faithfully recreated with newly tooled parts. This release can also transform into the Alternate Transformation Mode originally showcased by Broadcast. In this mode, the legs are articulated, allowing collectors to recreate walking scenes from the animation. By pressing the switch located on Twincast's abdomen, the chest compartment can be opened to store Rewind in cassette tape mode. The cassette bodies included with the separately sold MPG-24 Eject & Ramhorn and Steeljaw from MPG-25 Broadcast & Steeljaw can also be stored inside. (Up to two cassette tapes can be stored at once.) Included weapons consist of Twincast's Electro Scrambler Gun and Rewind's Adhesive Gun. A monitor panel is also included and can be installed inside Twincast's chest compartment. In addition, a pair of megaphones is included and can be attached to Twincast's arms. Soundwave-inspired effect parts are provided and can be attached to Twincast in device mode as well as to the tips of the megaphones. An interchangeable smiling face head is also included, allowing collectors to swap Twincast's head for an alternate expression. Rewind in cassette tape mode can be stored inside the included Barrier Case for display and storage. "MPG" is an abbreviation for Masterpiece G, which means GATTAI (union), GIANT (giant), and GREAT (great!).
