Nobody else prints kinesiology tape Five families of design, drawn from world mythology: Viking runes and the halls of Valhalla, the seven chakras with Reiki and Sak Yant symbols, the dreamcatcher with eagle and thunderbird, Feng Shui's Fu Lu Shou and Five Blessings, and Latin mottoes including Mens Sana in Corpore Sano and Carpe Diem. Each comes in a horizontal and a vertical layout, so the artwork reads the right way round whichever way the muscle runs. Chakra, Dreamcatcher and Viking are also printed in black on a natural beige tape. Those six are their own pack — see the beige Talisman strips. Strips from any pack count towards the ten, so you can order both and still get free delivery. Why synthetic and not cotton? Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it against your skin, which is why it lifts at the edges by day two. Ours is rayon — it wicks moisture and dries, which is how it stays on for five to seven days. It also takes a printed design far more crisply than cotton does. What you get, and what you don't Ten strips, each on its own backing paper. There is no dispenser in this pack — that is what keeps it to £5.40 and lets it come through the letterbox. A full roll gives you 20 strips of one design and the card-sized dispenser. How to use it Clean, dry skin. Peel the backing without touching the adhesive. Lay both ends down with no stretch, the middle at 25–75%. Rub the whole strip firmly for 20 seconds — the adhesive is heat-activated. Give it 30 minutes before you shower or train. Full instructions on our how to apply page. Delivery Ten strips or more ships free, Royal Mail 2nd Class, within 3 working days. Ten strips is the minimum order. Symbolic designs only. Kinesiology tape is a movement-support product, not a medical device.
