Grown between 1,700 and 2,000 meters in the southern highlands of Tolima, this washed lot brings together coffees from smallholder members of Asprasar Cooperative. Cherries are hand-picked and processed on individual farms using traditional washed methods, preserving the balanced sweetness and bright acidity characteristic of the region. Each coffee is roasted to order. Orders ship within 2 business days.
