We do not replace or refund bulb plants whose leaves or stems die during transit as this is a natural occurrence. If you are new to Caladiums and plants Caladiums are extremely beautiful plants and they often attract customers who are new to the plant world. They are easy to look after, but there is some care involved. Social media causes our customers to have unrealistic expectations regarding keeping plants indoors. Keeping Caladiums indoors can be done but they need a few elements to survive. We suggest you start with one or just a few, so you can learn how to keep them in your particular conditions, we provide information, but each particular home is different, and it is up to our customers to use judgement and decide what is required in their home.
