Larry Conger - The Waltz Collection

Fifteen beautiful waltzes from Larry Conger, all in DAD tuning. Most are traditional American fiddle and dance tunes in the "country" waltz style, played with that lovely shuffling, lilting rhythm - plus the old parlor song "I'll Be All Smiles Tonight" and Larry's own "Western Carolina Waltz". Along the way, Larry includes short notes on the history of the waltz and tips on slides, hammer-ons, pull-offs, triplets and pinching. A recording of every tune is included, so you can hear exactly how each one should sound. Intermediate level. This book is published by Fingers Of Steel®. 46 pages.
