Roussette de Savoie 2021

Made from Altesse grown on a south and southeast-facing limestone scree site in the Combe de Savoie. The organically farmed grapes are hand harvested, gently whole-bunch pressed, and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in used oak. The wine completes malolactic fermentation and spends 36 months aging in used barrels before bottling without fining or filtration.
