This particular coffee is a special selection of the most complex and floral day lots, hence the name “Las Flores”. Along with their passion and dedication to quality coffee, they are very much invested in sustainable farming practices. Keeping 1/3 of their land as protected natural reserve, this encourages natural biodiversity and promotes positive microorganisms that help keep the land and soil healthy for the coffee to flourish. You’ll love this coffee for the people behind it, a beautiful lot from a family we’ve proudly worked alongside for years.
