"Tulip Delight" Original Watercolor on Cradled Wood Panel

Your wall will be brimming with tulip blooms! This vibrant watercolor & pastel features a captivating color palette of warm sunrise tones highlighting a dance of tulip. This piece is textured to enliven a wall as soon as it is hung! Inspired by the brilliant red tulips in my yard, whose arrival I anxiously await every spring! In this season I have been working a lot with pastel on top of watercolor. I love the visual & textural contrast it provides. This piece has an added textural element. I have textured the wood panel by-hand, which really grips to my pastel work, creating an interesting piece of wall art.
