ARCCAPTAIN TIG200P AC/DC 200A Black Friday Limited Kit
TIG200P AC/DC · Black Friday Kit Bundle Summary Three filler alloys. More equipped for TIG work. In addition to the welder's standard accessories, this Black Friday kit includes 15 lb of TIG filler rods—5 lb each of ER4043 aluminum, ER70S-6 mild steel, and ER308L stainless steel—plus a TIG foot pedal, a 71-piece torch parts kit, red tungsten electrodes, a welding helmet, gloves, an apron, and a bonus TIG torch holder. 15 lb Total TIG filler metal 3 alloys · 5 lb of each Bundle Highlights Three Metals, More Flexibility Choose filler matched to compatible aluminum, mild-steel, or stainless-steel joints. Foot-Controlled Amperage Adjust current during supported TIG operation while guiding the torch and filler rod. Torch Spares on Hand Keep compatible service parts and additional red tungsten available for DC TIG work. Protective Accessories Add a helmet, gloves, and apron, plus a designated place to rest the TIG torch. 01 · Three Filler Alloys Filler for Three Metal Types Use AC TIG for compatible aluminum joints and DC TIG for suitable mild-steel and stainless-steel work. Choose each filler alloy for the actual base metal and service requirements. ER4043 · AC TIG Aluminum TIG Filler Rods Support fabrication and selected repairs on compatible aluminum alloys. ER4043 is not a universal filler for every aluminum grade. Included: 5 lb ER70S-6 · DC TIG Mild Steel TIG Filler Rods Add filler metal to suitable mild-steel joints for brackets, general fabrication, and compatible repair work. Included: 5 lb ER308L · DC TIG Stainless Steel TIG Filler Rods Supply filler for compatible stainless-steel joints. Confirm the base-metal grade; ER308L is not appropriate for every stainless or dissimilar-metal joint. Included: 5 lb Match the complete setup: Check filler classification and diameter, tungsten type and size, torch components, current, and shielding gas before welding. The 15 lb total refers only to filler metal, not total bundle weight. 02 · TIG Control & Torch Supplies Current Control and Consumables Within Reach TIG200P AC/DC COMPATIBLE TIG Foot Pedal Vary amperage by foot during supported TIG control settings while keeping both hands positioned for torch and filler control. Use only as directed in the TIG200P AC/DC manual. 71-PIECE ASSORTMENT TIG Torch Parts Kit Keep replacement components available for the supplied WP-26 torch. Match every part to the installed configuration and selected tungsten diameter. Use matched parts; not all 71 pieces are installed together. ADDITIONAL DC TIG ELECTRODES Red Tungsten Electrodes Keep extra electrodes available when DC TIG tips become worn or contaminated. Confirm the classification and diameter on the packaging before preparation. Verify AC-suitable tungsten is available for aluminum work. Tungsten selection and handling: Do not assume the included red tungsten is the recommended choice for aluminum AC TIG. Use an AC-suitable electrode, such as 2% lanthanated tungsten, as directed by the equipment and electrode manufacturers. If the supplied red electrodes are thoriated, they contain radioactive thorium; control and collect grinding dust, avoid inhalation or ingestion, and follow the supplier's Safety Data Sheet for grinding, cleanup, and disposal. 03 · Protective Accessories Added Coverage for Welding Tasks Inspect, select, and use each accessory according to its instructions and the welding task. These items are not a complete PPE system. Welding Helmet Provides eye and face coverage when properly rated, adjusted, and used. Check the required lens shade and the helmet's suitability for the selected TIG current. Welding Gloves Add hand coverage during appropriate welding tasks. Inspect the gloves before use and select protection suited to the heat and handling hazards. Welding Apron Add front-of-body coverage over appropriate welding clothing. The apron does not replace required arm, leg, foot, or other task-specific protection. 04 · Included Bonus A Designated Place for Your TIG Torch Bundle bonus No additional charge TIG Torch Holder Keep the torch in a designated resting position between welds to help organize the bench. Position the holder securely as directed by its instructions and keep hot components clear of combustible materials. 05 · What's Included Standard Accessories vs. Kit Extras The TIG200P AC/DC welder is included. Its standard accessories and this bundle's additional items are listed separately below.
