Anji - Green Apple and White Tea

Anji · Tea Series · Signature White tea steeped into every layer of cream. Yuzu bright enough to cut through the mist. Green apple and dill — an orchard note you didn't expect, and won't forget. Signature Elements 🍵 Cold-Brew White Tea Cream 冷萃白茶奶油 Every layer of cream in this cake is cold-brewed with Anji white tea. No heat, no bitterness — only the clean, grassy clarity of a slow steep. 🍋 House-Made Yuzu Custard 手熬柚子卡仕达 Slow-cooked in-house from real yuzu. The acidity is calibrated — enough to lift the palate, not enough to break the calm of the tea around it. 🍏 Green Apple & Dill 鲜切青苹果与莳萝 Fresh-sliced green apple slow-cooked with dill. The herb lifts the fruit into something unexpected — green, aromatic, quietly complex at the edge.
