Next and Beyond - a Good Places Sci-Fi Bookstore Watercolor

A Good Place for People Who Read Next and Beyond -A little bookstore that doesn’t technically exist. Or a whole tiny village built around books—which, frankly, seems like excellent city planning. These one-of-a-kind original watercolors are part of my growing collection of slightly wonky bookstores, libraries, book villages and occasionally wildly overloaded book trucks. Some are a single tiny shop. Some are two or three buildings tucked together. Others are little book villages filled with different shops and places to read. Each is painted loosely in watercolor and finished with just enough ink to hold the whole thing together. No two are alike. Buildings lean. Books pile up. Colors wander outside the lines. Perspective is more of a suggestion than a rule. Which is exactly how I like them. Details Original watercolor and ink artwork One of a kind — not a print Painted by hand on 140lb cold pressed watercolor paper Image measures 8 x 10 inches Signed original Sold matted to an 11 x 14 inch size For people who read. And people who would absolutely stop what they were doing to go into this bookstore.
