The rind is hand-sliced for a proper chew, the oranges bring sweetness with that classic bitter edge, and a dram of whiskey warms the finish. How to use it: Spread it on hot buttered crumpets, warm a spoonful to glaze a cake, brush it over a baked ham, or stir a little into an Old Fashioned. Small-batch, vegan and made without preservatives. Made in WA. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.
