It is, without question, the finest Kenyan coffee we have showcased since 2017. For this release, we pushed the boundaries with our espresso roast profile, and the results are captivating. While technically a more "developed" roast, the process unexpectedly unlocked an even vibrant, brighter flavor profile. The resulting shot is the epitome of balance: generous, textured, and remarkably bright for a classic 1:2 ratio espresso.
