Normally $115.15--save $15+ when you buy in bulk! -- Baby Back Ribs get their name because they're the most tender and leanest ribs. Each full slab will have between 11-13 bones and will weigh about 3 lbs each. If you've never made ribs before, there are about a million recipes on the internet to try out. A great (and easy) cut of pork to cook for multiple people. Add some BBQ Sauce or Pork Rub and you are off and running. Each slab is about 2.5 lbs. St. Louis Ribs are the meatier ribs that are cut from the belly of the hog after the belly is removed. St. Louis ribs are flatter than Baby Back Ribs which makes them a little easier to cook.
