This Visitors Policy will outlines your service’s rules for receiving visitors at its premises. This aims to ensure that visitors will be safe while on site, that they do not distract staff from their work or pose any risks to staff or residents. The policy will uphold the rights of residents to meaningful social connections, ensuring visits are facilitated in accordance with Regulation 9A, and maintaining a secure environment for all.
