The fabric is foam-backed to provide extra softness and cushioning from the inner air bladder. This pillow will not feel like sleeping on a balloon! We also added an optional sleeping pad strap to keep the pillow in place throughout the night. Finally, the dual inflation valve makes inflating and deflating the pillow a breeze.
