Big Jim is a hybrid chili pepper developed by New Mexico State University in the 70s. This ground chili pepper has a mild to medium heat level with a delicious aroma. It's beautiful orange-red color will go well in any chili recipe and will also complement blends such as Champion, Cowtown Light, San Antonio Original and Spice Mistress.
