Prisoner Charm VINTAGE Sterling Silver

Vintage Silver Prisoner Charm A tiny prison cell, the door of which opens to reveal a prisoner. The jail uniform that the person is wearing is the traditional black and white stripes, which was phased out during the 1950s – an interesting way to be able to date this charm! Also featured in a 1950s charm catalogue (see photo), this unusual and quirky charm is around 70 years old and in very good condition. Specifications Silver prisoner charm. 9mm (just under ⅜ inch) height, not including rings. 3 Dimensional with hinge and clip door. Sterling silver and enamel. Made 1950s.
