Brand: Hardus Material: Plywood, Birch Thickness: 9.2mm Content: Base plate Front plate 5x Bolts 5x Washers 5x Locknuts Tools required for installation: 1x Wide flat-head screwdriver 1x 10mm wrench 1x assembly grease Installation guide: Position the baseplate: Place the baseplate onto the cargo area. The plate is identical on both sides, so there is no specific "up" or "down." Attach the front plate: Position the front plate so the tabs slot into the corresponding holes in the baseplate. This plate is also identical on both sides. Prepare the hardware: Apply a small amount of grease to all bolts. Mount them loosely into the baseplate and front plate. Ensure the hardware is installed in this order:Bolt (through the plate) → Washer → Locknut. Secure the front: Tighten the 2 bolts on the front plate to 4-5 Nm. Align the baseplate: Push the baseplate backward until it meets solid resistance. While holding it in this position, tighten the rear bolt to 4-5 Nm. Final tightening: Finally, tighten the 2 front bolts on the baseplate to 4-5 Nm. Your kit is now fully mounted
