A Kenyan Lunar Eclipse

An interactive artwork of the Moon floating in the night sky as seen from Nairobi, Kenya in March, with a sliding silhouette of earth that can move across the moon. Made from lasercut and selectively powdercoated aluminium, this artwork is a minimalist yet quietly detailed look at the beauty of the cosmos. The moon itself is layered aluminium to give the 3d effect of all its beautiful craters and plains.
