The cooler growing regions and careful harvest timing help deliver cherries with excellent flavour, firmness, and freshness. Once the fruit arrives in Yarck, every cherry is run through Koala Cherries’ advanced grading technology for a final quality check before packing. This helps ensure only cherries that meet our standards for colour, texture, and eating quality make it into each box. Like all cherries, West Coast Cherries are naturally rich in antioxidants, including anthocyanins, and provide vitamin C and fibre to support overall wellbeing.
