EpoxyPro EP3020 High Build Waterproofing & Priming Epoxy Resin 2:1 EP3020 is a mid-viscosity, solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin system designed for waterproofing, priming, and structural sealing applications. Formulated to provide excellent adhesion, moisture resistance, durability, and flexibility, it is ideal for concrete, masonry, timber, stone, and composite substrates where a thicker film build is required. When cured, EP3020 produces a durable clear/amber finish with good flexibility to accommodate minor substrate movement and thermal expansion. Unlike low-viscosity penetrating systems, EP3020 can be used as both a waterproofing membrane and a high-build primer. Its higher viscosity helps seal porous surfaces, reduce substrate absorption, and create a durable foundation for subsequent coating systems.
