Where Magpies Dare

Back in the tail end of May, we had the pleasure of inviting local heroes Magpie Brewery over to brew a beer. And not just any beer. A great big fuck off Triple IPA with the highest hop bill we’ve put in a beer to date. Using a myriad of hop products and tweaking our process over several years, we are super proud of this beer. The hop journey starts with Mosaic Dynaboost in the copper and then continues with Strata CGX and Idaho 7 T90 at pitch in FV. Then in CT we added Mosaic Hyperboost and Strata and Azzaca T90. Big sticky pineapple up front that gives way to juicy stone fruit and ends with a creamy mouthfeel with hints of vanilla.
