Don’t worry, 70% of my class members do the on demand classes only and fit the classes around their schedule with the unlimited access JUNE 2ND /9TH /16TH /23RD/30TH Here is all the information you need for the classes: What : My live online exercise class, delivered via Zoom , for total beginners. This class is aimed at those who don’t know where to start or what to do and want to learn and get fit . Each class will start with a topic chat for 5 mins and then into the class and finish with a q&a at the end.When you log in to the zoom meeting, your mic will be MUTED and your camera ON. You can turn your camera off at any time but please keep your MIC MUTED for the whole class. We will do a q&a via the chat box at the end of each class. When JUNE 2ND /9TH /16TH /23RD/30TH All at 7am How Via zoom so you can watch on your phone, tablet or computer from the comfort of your own home. All classes are recorded and the link is emailed out after each class so if you miss a class you can access them for 30 days afterwards What you need: Yourself , a mat, a water bottle and either dumbbells or water bottles etc
