Fresh Pacific Halibut Fillets
Fresh Pacific Halibut is considered to be one of the best white-fleshed fish that you can get. It is a large flat fish, wild caught off the coast of British Columbia. The fresh season usually runs from mid-March and we typically see consistent fresh availability right up into November. Halibut is a very versatile fish, it is quite firm with a large flake and a very mild, sweet flavour. Halibut is very versatile, it is great baked, grilled, and pan-fried. It is also excellent battered and deep fried for your gourmet fish and chips! Our halibut is sold in 1 lb (454g) increments with in deboned portions the skin-on. You can also purchase in 5 lb or 10 lb increments for at a discounted per pound rate. The skin can be remove upon request.
