Smoke&Gamble Chardonnay | 6-pack Special Grapes were sourced from Niagara-on-the-Lake, with a small percentage from vineyards in Norfolk County. Fermented and aged in neutral oak. Tasting Notes Pale gold in the glass with a slight greenish cast, with an elegant smell of vanilla, with aromas of apple developing as the wine gets more air. Taste is smooth with decent acidity and flavours of apple and fresh citrus on the palate. The wine is absent in heavy oak influences, making it a totally enjoyable Chardonnay
