Use oven gloves if handling hot oven parts. Spray the cleaner generously onto the surface. Allow it to sit for a few minutes to penetrate grease and grime. Wipe away with a damp cloth or sponge. For heavy grease, allow a longer dwell time and repeat as necessary. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. Remove loose food and debris using a brush or vacuum, and dispose of it onto newspaper. Warm the oven or BBQ to 50-80°C to soften grease and loosen carbon, then turn off the heat. Scrape off solids and hard carbon deposits with a metal BBQ scraper. Spray SimplyClean Orange Oven & BBQ Cleaner liberally on interior oven or BBQ hotplate surfaces. Close the oven door and leave the cleaner on for 10-15 minutes. Remove warmed removable parts (e.g., racks) for separate cleaning in a laundry sink or on newspaper. Wipe down oven surfaces with a clean, damp microfibre cloth, rinsing the cloth often in warm or hot water. Reapply cleaner for stubborn soils. Scrubbing or scouring may be required. For BBQ plates and grills, season after cleaning to prevent corrosion. Tip: For easier cleaning, clean your oven monthly. Note: Do not use on self-cleaning ovens or spray onto exterior oven surfaces. Ingredients Active ingredients:d-limonene (orange peel oil) and n,n-dimethyl 9-decenamide are plant-based, biodegradable ingredients designed to dissolve heavy grease. Other ingredients: Potassium citrate boosts cleaning performance and softens water, polyalkylene oxide & decyl glucoside (biodegradable surfactants), alcohol (plant-derived ethanol), xanthan gum (vegetable thickener), ethanolamine (solvent for grease), and water.
