Patch/Thecacera pacifica
Found in coastal waters of Japan, this distinctive sea slug grows to about 1–3 cm. Its bright orange body features horn-like appendages tipped in black, and its playful arm-waving motion has earned it the nickname “Pikachu.” With its small, compact form, it moves lightly along reefs and coastal surfaces. It feeds mainly on bryozoans, and is commonly found along coasts south of Honshu. Inspired by these vivid natural colors, the patch is made with detailed embroidery and layered textures inspired by the vivid colors of the sea slug. Designed for versatile use, it can be applied as an iron-on patch or used as a sticker.
