Ink Gin is an award-winning, premium Australian dry gin famous for its natural "color-changing" properties - infused with butterfly pea flower petals, the spirit transitions from deep indigo to blush pink when mixed with tonic water or citrus. It features a blend of 13 organic botanicals, highlighting notes of juniper, Australian native lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berry, coriander, and sweet orange. Crafted by Husk Distillers at their family farm in Tumbulgum, up in the Northern Rivers (NSW), it's a true testament of how ones dedication, hard-work & a touch of creative genius can help a small family business become a world-wide phenomenon. --- To bring you a full G&T experience, we’ve paired with Long-Rays Tonic (low in sugar and made locally from native Australian ingredients), as well as 3x individually picked botanicals to complement the flavour of the gin.
