Saison Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle. ABV: 6% | 750ml All orders must be picked up within three weeks from time of purchase.
