Frozen for convenience, this wholesome meal is easy to thaw, heat, and serve for the perfect satisfying dinner. Ingredients: GF Quinoa pasta shells (Organic Rice, Red and White Quinoa 24%)*, Milk*, Butter*, Brown Rice Flour*, Cheddar Cheese*, Parmesan Cheese*, Onion*, Almond Meal*, Olive Oil*, Salt & Black Pepper* (*indicates organic ingredients) Allergens: Milk, Nuts Size: 500g - Serves 2 Serving Tip: From thawed, remove lid and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan forced) for 30-40 mins until heated through. From frozen: Heat at 100°C until mostly thawed, then increase to 180°C to brown the top and heat through. Check progress regularly when heating from frozen.
