Date: Saturday 27th June Time: 10.30am to 11.30am Location: Storybox, Portview Trade Centre, Belfast Tickets: £7.50 per person Join us for the very first Storybox Craft Club, a relaxed monthly gathering for anyone who enjoys getting creative, meeting like minded people, or simply taking an hour out of their day to try something new. Craft Club is all about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where you can sit around the table, craft at your own pace, chat with others or enjoy some quiet creative time. Each month we'll explore a different creative activity with the support of a local maker or artist. For our first session, Laura from Remnant Magic will introduce the basics of sewing in a friendly and approachable way. Whether you've never picked up a needle before or just want a refresher, this is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced maker in a small group setting. The session will take place in our packing room area while the shop remains open as usual. About Laura from Remnant Magic Laura is the maker behind Remnant Magic, creating beautiful textile pieces while championing creativity, sustainability and the joy of making by hand. She loves helping people build confidence with sewing and discover how rewarding simple stitching projects can be. Come on your own or bring a friend. There is no expectation to be chatty, just come along and enjoy some creative time. The session takes place in our packing room area at Storybox while the shop remains open. Tickets Spaces are very limited to keep the group small and relaxed, so advance booking is essential. Your £7.50 ticket helps cover materials and supports us to continue running affordable creative events. Please note £7.50 is our introductory price while we trial and shape the Craft Club sessions. This will be reviewed at a later date. Each session is limited to 7 people to keep the group small and supportive.
