What you'll be doing: You’ll learn how to master vintage cake decorating techniques on a 4"2 layer circle cake (flavour and colour of your choosing) Practicing romantic piping styles Decorating your 4"2 layer cake (feeds 4) with a friot of your choice provided t the bakery Master the art of sugaring fresh fruit using industry-approved techniques to achieve a sparkling, elegant finish Adding design extras: Bows, Cherries, pearls, butterflies You'll take home: One 4"2 layer mini cake (feeding 4) with chocolate swan detail in a flavour of your choosing, decorated by you!
