A lovely pattern using the new Halo DK Brushed alpaca range from Alpaca Yarns. Pattern style: Womens Wearing Type: Beanie & Scarf Sizes – Beanie to fit head approx 56/58m Scarf approx 24cm depth at widest section. Recommended Yarn – Halo Brushed Alpaca found here Materials – Beanie – 1 ball, Scarf 2 balls. Needles – Beanie – 4mm DPN’s and 3.50mm &.4.00mm circular needles (recommend 40cm-60cm) – note you could use magic loop instead of DPN’s. Scarf 4.00mm needles. wool needle. Tension – 20st and 27 rows to 10cm over stocking stitch using 4mm needles. Beanie worked top down.
